By arrangement, the Palazzo Versace experience can start from the moment guests arrive at the airport with our porters meeting flights and overseeing the transfer of luggage from airport to hotel room. The elegant touches continue with groups being offered fresh juice and lavender-scented refreshment towels on arrival at the hotel. All this before the event has even started!



Recognised as Australia's Most Luxurious Hotel, Palazzo Versace has conference and event facilities for 12 to 500 people. The conference facilities are located in a purpose designed event sector of the hotel accessed via a spacious pre function lobby. The function rooms of Palazzo Versace vary not only in size but also in character and style.
The grand La Medusa ballroom is suited to larger conferences, roadshows, product launches and exhibitions as well as glamorous gala events. The room has the facilities to host 500 for cocktails or 250 for banquet/dining. The room can be divided into three similar intimate rooms.
The Finestra Room is ideal for medium sized gathering and had a comfortable capacity for 40 people banquet style. The elegant oval Boardroom has a magnificent board table for 12 people and is the perfect place to host private meetings, luncheons or intimate dinners.
Full day meeting packages for more than 20 guests are $75.00 per person and include morning and afternoon tea, working lunch, freshly squeezed orange juice, filter coffee and teas served with lunch, full day use of meeting room with pads, pens, mints and iced water and the use of a whiteboard or flip chart. Half day packages start from $65 per person.
Dining options include a choice of three restaurants covering buffet or a la carte menus, contemporary and formal dining.
